Shipping policy

Good news: there's no shipping, no waiting and no postage costs. Everything in The Legacy Library is a digital download.

How delivery works

1. You complete your purchase at checkout.
2. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email your download link to the email address you gave at checkout. Most orders arrive within a few minutes.
3. Click the link, download your PDF files, and save them somewhere safe.

Haven't received your download?

Before you worry, check these three things:

• Your spam or junk folder — download emails sometimes land there. Search for "The Legacy Library" or your order number.
• The email address you used — a small typo at checkout means the email goes to the wrong place. Check your order confirmation if you have it.
• Your promotions tab — if you use Gmail, the email may be filed under Promotions.

Still nothing? We'll re-send it

Email kieran.osborne@squiggleconsult.co.uk with your name, order number (if you have it) and the email address you used. We'll re-send your download link — and if you've lost a file later on, just ask and we'll happily send it again.

No physical shipping — ever

We never post anything. All products are PDF files delivered electronically. If you'd prefer a paper copy, simply print the PDF at home once downloaded.
